Opera Parallèle will collaborate with SFJAZZ for Philip Glass’ opera “Magnificence and the Beast”.
The opera is predicated on the epic romantic fantasy movie from 1946 by the French poet and filmmaker Jean Cocteau. The manufacturing, which will probably be performed on 14, 15, 16 and 17 July at SFJAZZ, will mix opera and movie.
